Very fine Burmese ruby and diamond earrings handcrafted in 950 platinum & 18 karat white gold. They are set with 8 fine vivid red Burmese rubies (6 oval and 2 round) weighing 4.17 carats, and 6 round diamonds weighing 0.04 carat.
The setting is made of platinum, the posts and push backs are made of 18 karat white gold.
The earrings weigh 4.40 grams.
The setting is stamped PT950, the posts are stamped 750, the backs are stamped 18k.

It is our opinion that the rubies are of Burmese origin (Myanmar) and that they have been routinely heat treated (like 90% of worldwide rubies).
